I've bought about 10 pots of paint, all of which were in a sale for between 10p and 50p - bargain! The reason being that this weekend (if the weather is dry) I want to paint the garden bin with the kids.
"Bertie Bin no 1" disappeared and has never returned so we now have a brand new bin which needs to look a bit different to the average neighbourhood brown wheelie bin - I'm going to let the kids do whatever they want to on it.
I've also made a Valentines card ! It's not great but considering my artistic capability and the fact that it's my first effort I'm quite pleased with it.I found it quite therapeutic until I spilt glue all over the table and then got fluff stuck to the card!

The reason for the sheep is that firstly I thought it was cute ( I love the kids cartoon Shaun the Sheep) and secondly last year Malc painted his first water colour up in Goathland, North Yorkshire of a sheep. He had gone on a weekend course and whilst everyone else had painted landscapes Malc came back with "Mucky Sheep" but it was very good and much better than anything I could have done.
I'm leaving out more fox food tonight - so I hope he comes back - other than that we're going to have the fattest cats in our neighbourhood ( and none of them will belong to me!)

You need to start posting pictures of all your animal adventures.
Debs, I am so proud of you!! the card is brilliant! Lets not go to work anymore and just sit at home making mucky sheep cards and scrapbook and make pretty balloon 'things' As you do more you will find new techniques that you will love.
Oh forgot to add that we could set up a pot painting shop with smelly candles and all that stuff, Please win the lottery tonight cos I think if you won the 95 milluion I would be in with a chance of a free fiver from you!!
I have not been able to buy a ticket tonight boo hoo!!
Tell Malc I will get up early for him in the morning, I have my own straws!!
That sounds good to me - Let do it !
