Trust me, 40 is not that bad. Some days I wish I was still 40, but am happy with my age now. You can do things now that you might not have when you were younger. Forty brings a sense of accomplishment of what has gone before. I went to work in London, England when I was 40, and friends in Toronto thought I was nuts to uproot myself. But it was worth it. Now, I'm planning on uprooting myself from Toronto to go home to Alberta. Who knows if I'll get there? I may stop somewhere else for a time. Life is to be experienced, enjoyed and learn through the tough times.
A well established attached property in reasonable decorative order built in the late 1960's .One careful owner for the last 20 years along with a couple of small, interesting and beautiful outbuildings which require much love and careful attention.

Trust me Debs if you shjould ever step out wearing a mismatched bikini, I'd let you know!!!!
That's just wrong.
ROFLMAO! That's not just wrong, it's criminal. Where are the fashion police when you really need them?
