A Busy Day

Well with Christmas just around the corner Malc and I went shopping today down to Lakeside.We went into Costco and spent most of the time filling up on all of the freebie foody bits - starting off with popcorn , followed by potato and haggis ( yuk), then a sweet pastry and jelly beans with a humous dip finished off with a tomato pasta. I actually felt quite ill afterwards ( I think it was Malc's ploy to avoid taking me out for a meal!! - it worked). I think that my brain is being infiltrated by Lyzzey Dee as this week I have been crazy blog creating and today I bought a start off kit for scrapbooking!!! ( Help! I haven't got a clue what to do with it - but it was cheap!!! as Malc had said that all he wanted for Christmas was a photo album of our American holiday photos nicely arranged - it seemed a good idea at the time and in the trolley it went). I don't usually do "crafty" things like this as I'm not very talented in that department but I do like to have a go. Whilst we were in Costco I had a phone call from a model agency who wanted Georgie to star in a TV commercial , the problem being that they wanted her to obtain a licence for it within 2 days which is not really possible ( as it usually takes a minimum of 5 working days). The agency had seen her photos and their client needed a girl with long blonde hair. The money was probably going to be quite good as there is normally a buy out fee for TV- but hey ho that's life.



She obviously gets her good looks from her father !
